How does it work?

Schedule Your Pick-Up:

Start by scheduling a convenient pick-up time through our website or app. During this step, you'll be prompted to fill out a quick form.

Tell us your preference

On the form, you'll provide your contact information, pick-up details, and, most importantly, your laundry preferences! You can specify if you'd like:

  • Fabric Softener

  • Dryer Sheets

  • Hypoallergenic Detergent

  • Bleach (for white loads only)

  • Unless otherwise specified, all items are washed on a cold setting to protect your garments and save energy.

Contact-Free Pick-up

Place your laundry outside your door at your scheduled time. Our team will arrive for a completely contact-free pick-up. Before washing begins, any visible stains will be marked and documented to ensure proper treatment.

Expert Wash and Fold

Once your laundry arrives, it's carefully washed, dried, and neatly folded according to your preferences.

Fast Turnaround & Delivery

We pride ourselves on our efficiency! We offer a 24-hour turnaround rate for most orders. All deliveries are made the following day before 7 PM.

  • Need it sooner? Same-day service is available for an extra fee if your pick-up is scheduled before 12 PM (noon).

Freshness Delivered

Once your laundry is complete, all items are neatly folded and placed into clean, new clear plastic bags for protection. We'll notify you when your delivery is on its way, so you know exactly when to expect your fresh, clean clothes back at your doorstep!
